Please look at the problem for the competition before reading the task below.

You are acting as counsel for the Government of Argoland in proceedings brought by Ms Hannah Olaria before the European Court of Human Rights.

Draft a brief skeleton argument (max. 1000 words) in support of your submission that the applicant's conviction and the fine imposed under the Act on Protection from Infectious Diseases for failure to comply with the compulsory vaccination of a new-born baby were not inconsistent with the applicant's right to freedom of conscience and religion under the European Convention on Human Rights.
